We have been having very mild weather here.....the other day we beat our record set in 1932....for teh warmest day in November.....so I feel bad for all of the snow lovers that are longing to ski.....
I am enjoying the balmy weather but i sure hope that is snows for Christmas....I love having a White Christmas....
Anyways....today I am sharing a custom commission I worked on for a client this weekend.....this is all about snow and skiing.....it is a gift for someone that is moving to Collingwood....and loves to ski...so I hope they love this ink and watercolour piece......

That's a great piece, and no, I don't want snow, lol. I left cold New York because of the snow....and I never learned to ski. There is something about going 90 MPH downhill, with no brakes.....yikes, hahaha.

I have mixed feelings....some days I love the snow and some days I just want warm weather....but I do love it for the Holidays!!!!

This is great diana! I too am enjoying some balmy weather in NY which is strange this time of year but as long as it keeps the snow away I am happy! lol But as you say, I hope there is snow for christmas, it wouldnt be the same without it here in the northeast! :)
I haven't hit the slopes in YEARS but it was fun when I did. I keep telling myself that I best find something to enjoy during the winter if I'm going to live in this region so I might try cross country skiing this year. We shall see! ha
