Saturday Decorating.....Spring has Sprung in one of our bathrooms....

You would think that I would have a lot of colour in our home...but the truth is most of my colour is in my art....but this weekend I decided to play with some Spring colors in one of our bathrooms...and this is what I was inspired by....

I picked up the cutest little handmade flowers and they were in purples.....the stem green shade also inspired me....and you know I love my black and gray so here is what I used as my inspiration colours....

my new hardware....I just love this metal....is it even more beautiful when you see it live.....

my matching knobs...love these too..... a steal at under $4.00 a piece......

my new fun accessories.....you know I love my birds.....and bird cages.....

my new trash can....it is beautiful!!!! I love this piece....very tall and the colour with the black accent....just what I needed to add here.....

my old accessories made to fit in....I have three of my own art prints in this bathroom and they were framed in black...and matted with cream and gray....so to add a little added fun I just painted some of my inspiration colours on the glass on the outside...so when I change my colours again I can change the paint on the glass...super easy and super fun.....

all I did was paint a random pattern and repeat it on each frame's corner....about 4 minutes work!

some new fun Paris inspired towels....

a really cute lantern for added ambiance at night....

something living....when I am having a party I would add fresh flowers....but for everyday you can't beat some plants that stay alive....

and voila....my old bathroom has a hit of Spring colour and just makes me smile.........

Now onto the next decorating project!!!!
