Ho can you not be inspired to draw something floral...I am so in love with Spring and the many wonderful things that keep popping up around us...you can't help but smile and take it all in....This week over at CAC the theme is favorite background....so I created this piece ...I love mixed media backgrounds and playing them up with my illustrations....
I also wanted to share some of the great spring scenes around here with all of my blog friends...so come take a stroll....
Cole is always picking up pine cones...he wants to make things with them...and these are my hyacinths below....I have some of these cut in a vase on my night table...and the scent...oh my...I wish I could share the scent with you all....

Hi Diana, what lovely photographs you have taken of all those spring flowers, it's so nice to see it's warming up for you in your corner of the world. We had to turn our heating on for the first time since last winter last night but we are having beautiful sunny Autumn days so I can't complain!! Love your back ground too!!!

Lovely pattern design of flowers...even though Spring is supposed to be here, it can still be rainy and cold in some parts of the world. Nice to see your beautiful photos and flowers though, very cheery!
