Illustration Friday - Proverb
As you sow, so shall you reap.
-- English Proverbs
I always try to do nice things so nice things can happen to me.....hence my take on this week's IF...
what you do comes back to you--you get back what you give out. I try to always have good intentions and my symbolism is sowing the pretty flowers...so one can enjoy their beauty....

Love the foxglove---used to grow them upon occasion; the weather here is a little toocold in the winter for them, but what a wonderful flower!

Jocelyn!!! have a great break ...we will be here when you get back!~
thank you dear Diana, and that proverb is so true.

lovely, and one of my favorite proverbs too.
Should I point out that foxglove is poisonous? Still makes it true, just with a different bent.
Wish that I had those pretty foxgloves growing in my backyard!
Hi Diana. Very beautiful picture for a large and very true proverb. Sow always smiles!
OOOooooo I love this shade of blue too, and most definitely believe in this proverb. Also, if you smile for no reason, soon you begin to feel happy! **kisses** Deb
This one is so (sow) true, it's one to live by. I love your work, very up-beat, makes me feel good just to look at it!
beautiful illustration of a great proverb - good job
So beautiful and perfect for the perfect Proverb!
Hey Diana! First of all, thanks for stopping by and for your comments. Much appreciated! Second of all... great take on the proverb theme! I love it! Very beautiful and very true! God bless!
Hello, hello, Diana! Ohhh, I love that proverb. And you picked the perfect flower for it, too. I think foxgloves sow themselves because of their downward pointing flowers. :)
Gorgeous artwork, and always so bright and cheerful. Oh look, a new book! Wow! it looks fantastic! Congratulations.
Hope you had a wonderful summer!
I just love the foxgloves. Its a great thought to put the saying with the picture like that. Wishing you all good things for the coming year
