Three Muses Challenge - "In your dreams"

Hi Everyone....

Firstly I would like us all to remember all the wonderful people that have made our lives better with their service...today is Remembrance Day here in Canada and Remembrance Day is not just about people from wars of the past. It's about men and women of our communities that have made the ultimate sacrifices for the greater good. It is also about appreciation for the work that they do today and every day to ensure that we all enjoy the special life we all have in Canada. May we all take a moment to reflect....

Secondly, I have created a very quick piece for the Three Muses Challenge this week...the theme is "In your dreams" and the first thing that popped into my head was three little sisters who love to dream about Christmas....after all, in your dreams...it can be Christmas everyday....I also have a piece from the past that is perfect for this theme ....you can check it out here....

Wishing you a wonderful day and may you all take a moment to be grateful...

Hugs

Diana

PS> don't forget to enter this week's giveaway...my last post is all about it!!!

So sweet! It brings back memories of Christmas eve! My grandma always gave me new pajamas and I couldn't wait to crawl into bed and sleep so Santa would come to visit :)

I STILL love new jammies to this day. Something so darn cozy about them!
Thanks for your visit and prayers Diana♥

Diana, this piece is really charming! It puts me in mind of 'visions of sugarplums danced in their heads'! ~Lori

...and it's Veterans Day here in the U.S. (I like the term Remembrance Day.) Lovely reminder that we all need to take time to be grateful for sacrifices made for us. Your entry for our challenge brings the phrase "visions of sugar plums" to mind. Beautiful!

I hope that fire dies down before Santa gets there or he'll have a burnt bottom!
You have such a fresh style, it always makes me smile.
When I watched our remembrance service on TV they ran up a list of all the British soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan in the last 12 month. It was a shockingly painful list. But when you think of how many died in single battles in WW1 and WW2 it doesn't bear thinking about.

Thanks for visiting my blog , and commenting on my interview with SPC Ryan . It does show that , he feels that they all are making a difference and it gives us hope , and that they are all brave fighting for their country .
We will never forget .

Diana, this is a wonderful dream for me because never once in all my long years have I experienced a Christmas with a log fire burning and a cosy bed to crawl in to. Christmas comes in the summer time here in Oz. It is invariably hot enough to fry eggs on the pavement. Everyone is cranky because it is so unbearable. Air conditioners are running at full strength and a cover at night is a thin cotton sheet!!
Having said all that, your picture is superb as always. It creates such a cosy scene that I just want to crawl in to it! Bravo.

Hello Diana,

I think that I must think that it IS, truly IS Christmas, every day!!! :) Not just dream it while I'm asleep, but think it all the time while I'm awake, too! :)
