Daily Art Stop "Dolls" and It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

Hi Everyone...I just added to this post...I finished my submission for Daily Art Stop...the theme for this week is "Dolls" and I created Evangeline...
Hope you enjoy her

and here are some of my Christmas decorations......
It's been such a wonderful week so far...but busy with all kinds of fun projects....

I am happy that we did our family decorating and have our place all warm and cozy and ready for the Holidays....

Each year Brad brings out our outdoor snowman and lights it up indoors for Cole...a little tradition they started on his first Christmas....here is this years pic of Cole and below is him as a baby in his swing....I love this cute tradition....hehehe

Cole helped me put up his little tree with special ornaments....

He has a wonderful collection....and is so proud to help...He also put out the special plate I made him ....for Santa's cookies....

I will have to post some of my favorite ornaments each day....

Hugs
Diana

Wonderful pictures Diana!
Your tree looks fabulous! I will set up mine next week. I always wait until after the 5th of December, when we celebrate St. Nicolaas.
Cole looks so small next to this enormous snowman, so funny
Enjoy this time of the year!

How very sweet! I love that he has his own tree. I am planning to try and get my boys the small live trees for each of their rooms to decorate. Then there will be a little bit of Christmas everywhere! Loved the doll too. She looks great.

You seem to have the cutest most welcoming home ever! And I bet you could give Martha Stewart a run for her money as well! I agree with the other ladies, I want to move in too. I'd be a great taste tester for all of your yummy treats you make!

NOOOOO! I am jealous! I am not ready to decorate yet as my living room is a mess and I need to get it straightened up before I put out the Christmas decorations. Diana, clone yourself and take over my Christmas decorating project please.

Diana, thanks for your kind words about my collages and for visiting my Paper Paintings blog! I absolutely love your illustration style, and I am inspired by your photos of your holiday decorations. I need to decorate! we just arrived back from a Bahamas cruise, and now it's time to shift gears! Your snowman art is so wonderful, what a great card that would make. I am also envious that you are a full time artist. I am a graphic designer by day. I am self employed however, and that does give me a lot of art freedom!

Your delight for Christmas is infectious....as is your artwork. Your house looks amazing!! Just had to tell you that I went out and rescued my raggedy anne doll from the garage today after seeing your piece. My Mom made her for me and I missed her.
