Is it me or does 100 Degrees seem a little bit much these days...I am shocked at the hot hot hot weather we have been having all week....So today we are inside taking a break from swimming....and I made you all a new set of Cupcake topper art.....

Cute as a Cupcake Treasury....how sweet!

I got a lovely note from the Shop Owner over at Miniature Menu She creates some really cool miniatures...you have to see them to believe them.....

She curated this cute collection titled...."Cute as a Cupcake" and you know how I love my cupcakes...so I had to share it with you....She was sweet enough to include one of my cupcake pieces...my Strawberry Dream Cupcake Print....

Soon to be released "Sweet Treats"....

Hi Everyone....I am so excited about this new line of handmade and hand embellished stickers that I will be releasing soon....they are so much fun and can be used in all kinds of projects....they are made with the highest quality papers and adhesive so you can create wonderful pieces and scrapbook pages that will last for years and years.....not to mention that the sky is the limit for using these fun new stickers....

The Baker's Dozen....yummm!!!

Hi Everyone....you know I like to start my week's off with a sweet start...so here is my take on this week's theme at Mixed Media Monday....the theme is numbers and I kept thinking about the number 13 and the Baker's dozen....plus it reminds me of my favorite Baker ...who always gives me a yummy snack for the ride home....so here it is....I added some french to the piece as pink cupcakes remind me of Paris....no reason why...they just do!

Mixed Media Monday - Primary and Secondary colours....

I wasn't sure what to do for this week's Mixed Media Monday challenge....then it came to me....I love colour...and what better way to show the primary and secondary colours then with a yummy surface design featuring yummy cupcakes...I would love a gift wrapped in this paper....

My Mini Jewelry Boxes....

Hi Everyone...
Happy Birthday Arty Girlz Challenge Blog! what better way to celebrate then with a cuppie....hehehehe

I started working on so many new projects this week....

I started making these mini jewelry boxes with a sweet twist...

My signature cupcakes are created with a wood burning tool....These are not finished yet...I am debating on how to finish them....so stayed tuned this week....

Dabbling in some surface designs...

Hi Everyone...

I have always been intrigued by surface design but never really focused on creating some samples....I decided to add a new item to my 2008 Business Plan...to add a bunch of surface designs to my Portfolio...and of course the first one has cupcakes in it...lol....the second is an accompanying striped paper.....
and just for fun I added a matching sample Birthday card...

Yummy Sketch of the Day - Special Dedication! a cute little black dress and some fun updates...

Hi Everyone!!

What a wonderful weekend...
Our Best Friends Gary and Lacy had their Baby this weekend...Ellie Mae was born on Saturday the 23rd of February....and she is so cute! I had to make a special "Yummy Sketch of the Day" dedicated to her and her wonderful family....Gary and Lacy have two boys and were hoping for a daughter and their dream came true!

We were all celebrating at a dinner party at Marina's House when we got the news....Marina is one of the finest chefs!!! what a great time we all had feasting on tasty food and playing games....Thanks for the great times everyone...and so glad we beat all the men in our 3 hour game of Taboo!....lol...

I also added a cute little black dress to tonights post...just for fun....

Yummy Sketches of the Day - threesome of cupcakes and some fun updates....

Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. My friends and I had a wonderful shopping trip on Saturday and Sunday was a blueberry pancake late breakfast with a nice relaxing afternoon....

Today I feature a nice threesome of tasty cupcakes for the "Yummy Sketches of the Day"....I hope you like the flower ones that are me hinting to Mother Nature that I am ready for spring....

Yummy Sketch of the Day - Candy ...special request for a violin and some fun updates....

Hi Everyone...

Today I had thoughts of being a child in a candy store so my feature "Yummy Sketch of the Day" is a bunch of colourful candy....

Hope it makes you smile and think of times when your eyes were wide as dinner plates being free to roam in a wonderful candy store....

I also have a request from Isabelle for a violin so I hope this one fits the bill....

and to top it all off I added some photos of today's baking...some mini carrot cupcakes with my special cream cheese icing and a mini carrot cake....

I have been painting and enjoying all of the snow outside...
