More Party Stuff....a new hand painted Garland for a Baby Shower.....

Hi Everyone...

I am having way too much fun creating these fun party accessories...

I hand paint these and they are so much fun and will add to your party decor...

I am off to come up with some more garland ideas....

These are all in my Etsy Shop....

If you don't see something there you can always ask me to make you a special one...

I think I am working on a Birthday one today...

Hugs,
Diana

Hi again! Thank you for your sweet messge! Yes, my husband has a carwash and I sell Swarovski crystal plates there. I have a website (of the same name) but am switching it out this month to Etsy (free and more traffic!). But that is how I started using crystals in my art :). Thank you for the encouragement - I will let you know!! Also, I love how you have what I think is Cole's pictures framed on your mantel - a girl after my own heart you are! Kristin xo

How long did this take you to make? Please don't tell me less than a day. Lie to me so I don't feel incompetent.

How are you sweetheart? I am just making my rounds among my mental ninja sisterfriends.

Yowza!

I have a sewing machine. The last time I used it was... maybe 6 years ago. I just bought it because I am one of these old-fashioned women who thinks that a woman should have a sewing machine. I learned to use the sewing machine when I was a child. I do not sew fancy clothes or patterns. I just used it once to sew a pillow case.

I sewed my fingers once. There was actualy a running stitch on mytwo sewn fingers. The needle broke on the third finger. It happened a lot. I loved using my mother's sewing machine. She was a terrific dressmaker for us. I tried to sew clothes for my dolls.

Hi CES!!! that is wonderful...I learned to sew when I was a wee little girl...I used my Grandmother's pedal singer machine...which I just got from her a while back...It was so neat to work on stuff with her..oh I have to show you some stuff we used to work on...I think you would find it interesting since you are all about the details....We did tons of embroidery hand worked designs back then...I wish I would have stuck with it....by now I could have done illustrations on this machine...if I practiced....

So cute that you wanted to make clothes for your dolls...adorable!!! My Mom is an amazing sewer too...I love the way she can whip up stuff without even figuring out things before...

Thank you...I just remembered so many fun things all because of you....

I need to sew more!!!

oh and I will have to post the machine I learned on and some of the stuff we used to make...you will get a kick out of it!!!

Hugs and nighty nite my sweet Ninja!!!
