Mixed Media Monday - "Heroes" and Arty Girlz Challenge - "Butterflies"

Hi Everyone...for me there are many Heroes today and from the past that have enabled many of us to live in Peace...their fight is worth it and I feel blessed to be living the life I am today because of many of these "Heroes"...I dedicate "Kashmira" to every Hero

As we all are...she too is grateful for Peace.....

I created her as part of my newest series....She also has many wonderful butterflies that are a symbol of transformation....and they fit perfectly with the Arty girlz challenge this week....

Illustration Friday - "Clandestine"

Hi Everyone...

Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas....

I looked at the theme this week and was at a loss for an idea....then today this came into my head...

They had a special love affair....they never really knew what drew them together...but the only way they could meet was in secret....

"Their clandestine meetings went undiscovered for two years."

Hi Everyone...Happy Sunday...

I created a special illustration of Brie holding up a "Peace Symbol" and also added a template from the site above and added some fun clip art and shapes to art it up....

Today was a wonderful day...the sun was shining and we headed over to Mary's place for Brunch...it was a lot of fun...so much so that we will be doing this again next week at our home...
