Hi Everyone...
It is Friday again....I have no idea where the week went....It was Monday and now it is Friday all over again....I do have to say that this week was super hot....It was well in the 90's here with the humidity....and the whole summer is going to be super hot....so I am looking forward to enjoying wonderful times outside with my amazing family....
Today I finished up a new vintage inspired piece in ink and watercolour and am sharing her with all of my super talented friends over at Paint Party Friday........I love love love vintage patterns and this is some more fan art....
I titled this piece....
Une nuit sur la ville - A night on the Town
Next week she will be in a new scene if I have the time to come up with something fun and exciting....after all she is dressed for something special isn't she!!!
Wishing you all an amazing Friday and weekend.....I hope you will all join me back here for Sweet Saturdays....
Happy Friday and Happy Creating Everyone!!!

Lovely. She reminds me of a Grace Kelly.
Oh I am reminded of black and white movies with the glamorous film stars dating Cary Grant! :^) patsy

Oh my, I get to be the first to post here! Your lady reminds me of prom time of my yester years!
I love how you do these...Such pretty women and wonderful fun gowns! Happy PPF!
She's all kinds of vintage stunning Diana! I wish I could say the same about our weather but honestly we can't seem to string together more than a warm day or two before it gets chilly and/or rainy! I'm still hoping for Summer to start!
She's wonderful - I can just see her surrounded by Cary Grant type men as she flirts and entertains at some huge charity ball event!
Reading the bit about how hot and sunny it is totally gave me deja vu for last summer as once again I'm sitting here looking out at the rain and having to keep the heating on in the house (yes in June!) while all my fellow bloggers seem to be having actual summers! :0/
I love her expression and the structure of the dress.
Happy PPF!

She is lovely - I love the watercolor wash look of her gown.
I love that you're inspired by vintage patterns (they sure don't make gowns like they used to!) and this lady came out so elegant. I'd love to see what adventure she could be taken on.
I am with you--I love the looks on vintage patterns! I even remember (vaguely) when my mom wore fitted house dresses, the ones with the full skirt and fitted bodice...
I love the transparent effect♥
I love the detail on her. Looking forward to the scene you are talking about. Blessings, Janet PPF
