Illustration Friday - "phenomenon"

Liberty print 2
Liberty print 4

I have always been impressed with the Statue of Liberty....Imagine that it was a gift from France and traveled so far....and it welcomes so many people to America....She is a symbol of something that is extraordinary....and I think many people feel the same way.....

This week over at IF the theme is "phenomenon" and I created this special watercolor and ink as inspired by my time in New york last weekend......

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend...may it be filled with Family, Friends and inspiration......

Love this! Nice use of color. You just inspired me to finish my Statue of Liberty drawing I did a while ago but never made it into a vector. So thank you for the inspiration. :) Cheers

That is a great picture. I love the colours.
But this is different from your other pictures. This one is without the usual "stitches". However, it is so cool.
Have a great weekend
Janine
