Thank you for popping in and seeing my work....This week at the Three Muses blog...the challenge prompt is ...Something in the Air...and the first thing I thought of was my favorite saying..."When pigs fly" I even gave Brad...a cute little flying pig ...I told him he could use it when he doesn't feel like doing something.....isn't it the cutest little thing...especially among the Eiffel tower.... I also have a new painting by Mr. Cole...he is so sweet and now whenever he sees me in the studio creating...he wants to paint....who can turn down that sweet little face....
but tonight we all went out shopping and we got home late and Cole had to go to bed...but he asked for some of his favorite popcorn to be made ...and I had to say no....he was angry and asked for a new Mommy...be still my heart....I hope he doesn't feel that way in the morning....
and this is the note the Flying Piggy came with....
Wishing you a wonderful day...filled with inspiration and creativity...
Hugs
Diana

Thank you Erika!!!
awww, that is the sweetest lil' pink pig ever Diana!!!
LOL about Cole...awwww,he wanted popcorn! My kids love popcorn too.
What a cute flying pig! So funny, I was just thinking of that quote for the sneak peak. :-)
Your (painted) flying pig is scrumptious. He even has attitude. I love your glass pig too and I am blown away by the beautiful background painted by Cole. You two make a very talented artistic pair.
Great work!
Awww, Mr. Cole!!! Someday he will look back and remember the great Mommy you were to him, as I'm sure you are without a doubt!
I love your flying piggie. So cute!
So did you buy anything good? :)
They DO fly! Super.
Hihi a flying Pig. This is fun and fantastic. A big applause for your great and unique painting work.
love your flying pig!
Gorgeous art...beautifully created.
Tell Cole I will have to come to him for watercolor lessons.
Another splendid painting, Diana! Cole artistic efforts are amazing, they would make wonderful collage backgrounds, he has a real eye for colour!! Please praise him from me for his artwork!!
love your piggie!!!
Love the pig! And absolutely love coles painting
Aaaaw how cute your flying pig is!!! And how talented Cole is, I love the colours he's used for his piece :)
Linda
Your flying pig is wonderful and cute, Diana, but Coles painting is something I found very talented and beautiful. Say HI to Cole from me, I really liked his painting and I hope you inframed it and hang up it to your wall
I think Cole will be giving you a run for your money before too long - he has a real grasp of colour! Much better to get this talent from his Mummy than a handful of popcorn! They're so funny aren't they? Yesterday my son told me he was ill and couldn't go to school but my motherly instinct told me he was just fine so we had to have "a little chat..."
Your flying pig is so cute. Yes, yes inspiration is everywhere.
I read the post about your garndfather you mentioned in your comment. I believe in signs too.
Thank you for sharing this experiance.
Hi Diana--I'm your newest follower!! I love that you do a painting a day--I can't imagine a day without some kind of art in it. And I love your flying pig, and when I first saw Cole's--I thought you did it and wondered if you were going to explain hou you did that cool background--ask Cole, maybe he'll remember! If you look toward the bottom of his painting, you'll notice something flying there--I definitely see the wings--you should "pull" it out of the background!
he he he he he he he!!! I lOVE IT!!! I will refer to this post again and again! This is AWESOME!!! You are the best my friend. You have made me laugh out loud for sure! Great work. Cute little piggy too.
Your pig is really too cute, and so is Cole. He is a fullblown artist already. I seriously love his blue-green piece! :)
love it !
A flying pig, that's brilliant.
Diana, I love your flying pig! It`s funny and artistic.
OMG! How cute is this little piggie?!?! What a sweet post today, Diana! Hugs, Terri xoxo
Thank you everyone!!! your visits and sweet comments always make my day!!!
Poor, poor Diana, has your heart recovered yet? So sorry, but I did laugh when I read that, a new mommie!!! Just wait for his first crush on his teacher...that's a real heartbreaker too. Love your flying pig and the glass pig is adorable. I would love to have fabric made of Cole's painting. I'm seeing my patio in blues! **blows kisses** Deb
Love you piggie..How adorable too. Love your story about the "new" mommy. My kids are only 3 and I have not heard "that" yet, but I am sure it is coming...Some day, I am sure I will even hear..your not my "real" mom..etc etc. I dread that day. You see both my kids are adopted...hahha lets hope that never happens, but you know teenagers. Anyway, I love your painting today and It is such a joy to stop in and see what you have created each week. I beat you by canvas in bulk..lol Thanks for sharing your talent :)

Some wonderful art happening here...Haven't been able to visit here for the last few weeks.
Nice to see so much colour here. Cole's art is fantabulous as well. Like Mom, Like Son!
Good Day!
Who doesn't love a flying pig??? Fun piece & Cole, you are a wonderful artist. How fun for the 2 of you to create together!!
Smiles,
Susie
The expression on your piggie's face is just wonderful. Great idea for the theme too!. Cole painting is just beautiful, he'll be a great artist one day!
As always you knock me off my feet. Your painting is wonderful. Cole is definitely getting into it, and as the single mother of five boys, just their way of testing you to make sure you love them no matter what...it is ok to tell him it hurts your feelings when he says stuff like that when it is happening. He won't remember in the morning. Popcorn for breakfast sounds good! with a little orange juice.
WHOAAAA! Cole! Alright, that boy should have his own art blog! I tell you!
I love pigs, flying or otherwise.
WOW!!! This is really cool. And I enjoy seeing Cole's work. Fun.
Debby
This is really cool!!
Oh I love this one too!
Ah that Cole...... Poor you to hear this, while you are the most wonderful Mom he could have in this world! I am sure he knows that now and when he woke up too!
