Happy 2009!!!
I started the year off with something I have rarely done in a while...actually take vacation away from everything....
It was wonderful....
I just love a whole new year...it always seems so inspiring and fresh...and makes me think that anything is possible...
I created this piece as my submission to Illustration Friday's prompt..."Resolve"
It has many of the things I will be focusing on this year....
- Spend more time with family friends
- Illustrate more children's books
- eat healthier
- fit into my favorite dress
- paint more
- garden more
- bake more
- enjoy cupcakes more
- create more
- and always stop and smell the roses...meaning I will keep my eyes wide open and never let the wonder around me slip away....
