I am having so much fun with the Summer of Colour Challenge.....this week I really enjoyed the colours used....I love pinks and I love lemony yellows.....so I hope you pull up a chair and pop in for a nice tall vintage glass of my yummy Strawberry Raspberry Lemonade.....
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup fresh or thawed frozen raspberries
- 9 cups water
- 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 8-10 lemons)
- 2 cups super fine sugar
Directions
Puree the strawberries and raspberries in a blender
and strain through a fine sieve into a large pitcher. Add the remaining ingredients
and whisk together until the sugar dissolves. Serve over ice.

We are celebrating a long weekend here in Canada .....it is Canada Day and we celebrate Canada's 145th Birthday.....I am so happy to live in this amazing country...we are truly blessed!!!
