Paint Party Friday....working on something special....and my 10 Minute Warm up.....

Hi Everyone....Happy Friday....I am a little busy bees these days....working and vacationing and working and vacationing.....I am having a wonderful Summer...but this heat is really getting to be a little bit of a pain....The only way you can enjoy it is if you are in water...so one must do what one must do to stay cool....so we have been at the cottage and at the beach a lot....

today we hit a high of 99 degrees!!! can you believe it....

I am working away on a super special piece for a Fall Wedding and I am making sure that everything is perfection and it is taking me forever to make things just right!!! Wish me luck!!! so I am sharing some sunflowers that I have worked on....for this week's PPF submission....

I hope it brings you all a smile...I also thought I would share some amazing sunsets....since everything is sunny here today....

I am fascinated by each and every sunset!!! like paintings by God himself....pure beauty and a sense of peace....

.....I am swamped with work today in the Studio which is truly a gift!!! I am so blessed to be able to create each and every day.....so this morning over coffee I took my 10 Minute Warm Up time to colour this piece and share it today!!!

Happy Christmas Eve Everyone....sharing some of my baking....

Hi Everyone....

Happy Christmas Eve!!!! I am sharing some of my baking with you all today....I wish I could send you all a plate of these so you can share them with your families and friends....

This is the Happiest time of the year for me....I am inspired and love to create each and every day....

I have one last thing to do...I am baking a snowman cake.....and then I will be all done....playing beautiful Christmas songs all day long....enjoying special time with my amazing family....waiting for Santa and waiting to celebrate the Birthday of Jesus!!!!

Happy Birthday to our son Cole.....

Here is the special cake I just baked and decorated for munchkin!!!! hope he loves it!!!

Today is a day I will never ever forget.....Six years ago I received the greatest gift in the world. My little man came into our lives and from that moment on everything was super clear to me....the sheer enjoyment he brings to me each and every day.....not to mention that I have learned more in the last six years with him around than I have for years previous.....he has opened my eyes to see everything in a whole different light....to find enjoyment in the little things each and every day.....to delight in a bumble bee, ask silly questions, or look at flowers wide eyed with happiness.....he has taught me so much and I am by no means a perfect person....but some how through his eyes.....and his words I feel super special each and every day.....and that is truly the greatest gift in the world....

The biggest thing he has taught me was to just take a leap....and try new things....even if you get hurt or fall you can always try again....he also makes me think about so many important things in life...especially family....he is perfection to me and I am so proud of him and all he has done in these last few years....

Happy Birthday Cole....you made me believe in dreams again! We love you more than words can ever say.....
