Daily Art Stop - Food

Hi Everyone...this week on Daily Art Stop the challenge is "Food" and I have so many things I love about food...this piece is a montage of some of my favorite treats....these were all pen and inks I did as part of the "Yummy sketch of the Day"

Daily Art Stop "Dolls" and It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

Hi Everyone...I just added to this post...I finished my submission for Daily Art Stop...the theme for this week is "Dolls" and I created Evangeline...

and here are some of my Christmas decorations......
It's been such a wonderful week so far...but busy with all kinds of fun projects....

I am happy that we did our family decorating and have our place all warm and cozy and ready for the Holidays....





Each year Brad brings out our outdoor snowman and lights it up indoors for Cole...a little tradition they started on his first Christmas....here is this years pic of Cole and below is him as a baby in his swing....I love this cute tradition....hehehe

Cole helped me put up his little tree with special ornaments....

He has a wonderful collection....and is so proud to help...He also put out the special plate I made him ....for Santa's cookies....

I will have to post some of my favorite ornaments each day....

Daily Art Stop - Challenge Wednesday - "Mermaids"

Hi Everyone...

I don't know about you...but when I was growing up I wanted to be a mermaid...I thought it was the neatest thing to be able to swim under water without coming up for air...perhaps why I am fascinated by Scuba Diving now...

This week on Daily Art Stop the theme for Challenge Wednesday is "Mermaids" and I made a special watercolour one this morning and added a few from years passed....The new watercolour piece will have some papercut details that I will finish this week...I will post it again once it's totally finished with all the details....

Some Exciting news...

Hi Everyone...

What a busy and exciting weekend...I will be launching a new blog in a week or so...

It will have so many wonderful features...

It is called "Daily Art Stop" and it will be a place where you can participate in weekly challenges, check out some recipes, get instructions on how to make things, read up on some Decor trends and win monthly Giveaways!

I am in the middle of all the details but I am pretty excited about it and hope that it will be a place for everyone...whether you like to cook, craft, share or just browse and get inspired...
