My Sweet Saturdays week 41 post.....

Hi Everyone!!! I always love to create with my sweet Niece and this is what we just worked on.....Paper Roses!!! We had the most fun creating these amazing flowers and we will make a ton of them for a special Valentine's Day Heart wreath....It was the sweetest time getting together to create so I am sharing these beautiful paper roses with all of my friends for Sweet Saturdays!!!!

Just making a fun little piece all about addition and the fact that every Baker must prepare something amazing....Prepare being the theme this week for Illustration Friday....I just couldn't help myself!!! these are all little sketches I did as inspired by my cake decorating class!!!

Would you take the last cupcake?

Hi Everyone.....

You all have heard about this year being a "all about me" year....and that is why I am picking up things that I find that may inspire me to think about things more....things in my life and around me....In light of the fact that I am all about celebrating the Present Moment....I had to pick up this cute card set...called 50 Ways to Celebrate the Present Moment.....I am only on card one....but it is very interesting and I love the art on each card.....very inspiring.....

The first card is all about our fears and inhibitions that may hold us back .....so a perfect focus on seeing why we haven't followed our hearts and our dreams to achieve something.....well this year I am throwing out all of my fears and inhibitions and taking a leap of faith in all aspects of my life....

so for fun I created this little cake stand piece with one cupcake.....

If you were out at a big gathering.....and there was only one cupcake left....Would you take the last cupcake?
