Illustration Friday - Adrift......We Welcome the Winter Olympics....and some Valentine's Day inspiration and wishes!!!

Hi Everyone....this week on IF the theme is "Adrift" and I thought Claire was just perfect with her heart balloons...They will be adrift sending Valentine's Day wishes to everyone....

We are also proud to be the hosting country of the 2010 Winter Olympics....so Cole is wearing his Canada shirt and welcoming the Games!!!

Theme Thursday - Flowers...one of my favorite plants...orchids....

Hi Everyone....

The prompt over at Theme Thursday this week is "flowers" and one of my favorite plants is the orchid...I mainly grow these from the Phalaenopsis family...and one of my favorite is the Sogo Yukidian...the colours are amazing and they are super easy to maintain...and who doesn't love a plant that has flowers for 9 months out of the year....mine blooms every January and lasts till October....and all it needs is some soakings in water once and a while...

This piece is all about the Sogo Yukidian....it's colours...it's textures...

I also thought my flower art stamps are perfect for the theme!!!

Three Muses Challenge - Postage Stamps

Hi Everyone....I had some fun with special pieces from some wonderful blog friends....and created my own postage stamp...Inspired by Paris...
