What a busy weekend!!! all fun and laughs....

Hi Everyone...

What a fantastic weekend!!! This weekend my Sister Monika and our best friend Michelle headed to St. Jacob's to do some shopping...it was wonderful....We went to the food market and visited all the quaint and cute little shops....

We also stopped at the local bakery and enjoyed some coffee and homemade baked goods...then we had a fab lunch with 20+ other women that attended this Girls day thing....it was so much fun...

Saturday night we went to our parents place to celebrate our niece's Birthday...My Mom made an amazing dinner and we had the greatest time....then Sunday I hosted a "Big Breakfast" for family and friends...it was so much fun to laugh and enjoy stories...my menu....Eggs, Bacon, Turkey Sausage, Pork Sausage, Cinnamon Buns, Apple Cinnamon Pancakes, Blueberry Waffles, lattes, coffee, espressos, and fruit....yumm! I love entertaining with Breakfast....

I also found out that a friend of mine who has been trying to get pregnant for some time is expecting!!! I am so excited for her ....May she have a wonderful pregnancy and enjoy every single wonderful moment!!!

Illustration Friday - Wise....

Hi Everyone...

What a fun challenge this week....I added a few pieces I did for an Ad Campaign for Stella Artois Beer...

I think they fit the theme this week as both women were "WISE" enough to know a good thing when they see it....

My whole pitch was to offer up various takes on very popular art and have a fun contest...

The winner for example might be on a plane to Paris to enjoy a one week stay and visit the Louvre and see the actual Mona Lisa....

I can't wait to make a snowman!!! one of my "Favorite things"

Hi Everyone...

I am in the middle of a very busy week....but wanted to make a quick post....I took a few minutes to think about some of my favorite things with Cole...

and one of the things I love the most is making snowmen....oh how I love this annual tradition....from picking out the perfect carrot nose...to the lovely scarf.....I think Cole started me thinking about this since he won't go to bed without his snowman (lately)....he even covers him up with a "blankey" so he stays warm...lol

I have to find some photos from some past ones that we have made....I close my eyes and I can see a winter wonderland and feel snowflakes on my eyelashes...I love winter....and can't wait to listen to Christmas music while walking in a winter wonderland.....
