10 Minute Warm Up Monday.....again in the kitchen!!! making Sushi!!!
I guess I am spending my warm up time creating in the kitchen these past few days....but I had to!! I was so craving some Sushi today and thought that it would be amazing to use some grilled cilantro, lime garlic Shrimp in these rolls so I did!!! I cooked my Sushi Rice first....
I picked up some of the President's Choice Japanese Sticky rice....and I don't like added sugar so I just made it with some vinegar.....after it cooked and cooled a bit I sprinkled some white vinegar on it....and that is it.....then I used some Grilled Shrimps and veggies and rolled these babies up....served them with some ponzu sauce and they are just as good as any I have had!!!
Happiness!!!
Enjoy!!!

Bonsoir ma très chère Diana,
ReplyDeleteComment vas-tu ? Je suis heureuse de débarquer aujourd'hui ! Que de la gourmandise !... J'adore les sushis... Ils évoquent aussi pour moi des bons moments passés à les confectionner avec une amie.
Je te fais de gros bisous.
That looks so delisious. I would love to make sushi, but I hve never done. It looks loke a lot of work.

I'm so impressed, it looks wonderful. I bet my children would love to do this with me. I know it's easier than it seems but I have always been intimidiated to try! Maybe I will now. Thanks for the push! :)
ReplyDeleteYum.. now that is a warm up.

Hi Diana. Looks wonderful. If I may ask, what type of wrapper did you use? Awesome, looks like a piece of grand art.:)
