WOYWW....10 Minute Warm Up .....and a Western Omelet....Happy Wednesday Everyone...

Hi Everyone....

No idea how these dancers came to life in my warm up today....but here they are and even though I am not totally happy with them....that is the whole point of 10 minute warm up....just go with it...

It is also day two of me taking photos of all my meals and I think it is a super helpful way to make sure you eat better....my breakfast today is a Western Omelet with red onions, peppers, and some meat.....and cheese....and broccoli and my favorite bread....and coffee ofcourse....

I am going to post my morning food here...and then tweet my other meals during the day!! so follow my tweets here.....and help me stay on track!!!! Thank you everyone...

10 Minute Warm Up is about taking 10 minutes of your day to breathe, relax, open up your mind to possibilities and then create something....you can be inspired to sketch your coffee cup....something on your desk....your table....anything....try it....it is a great way to start the day....then pop back here and share it so we can all see and be inspired by each other!!! I have a linkie thing here so you can add your work any day of the week ....Monday to Friday!!! so join me!!! won't you!

Linking up with WOYWW......since this is what I have on my workspace....

Happy Wednesday and Happy Creating Everyone....
