Hi Everyone....we are busy picking and enjoying plenty of yummy treats from our vegetable garden....the one reason I love summer is having a garden.....watching it grow and enjoying all of the goodness that it brings....
I am making a super yummy tomatoe salad tonight using some tomatoes, oil, vinegar, garlic and chopped basil.....super fresh and super easy....
and we just love basil and garlic and tomatoes....yummmy!!!

ReplyDeleteDid you ever try to make Bruschetta from these wonderful ingredients? That's heavenly on roasted farmer's bread. This year we're growing green beans, lettuce, zucchini, peas, a test eggplant, cucumbers and peppers. And we always have lots of berries and fresh herbs. Especially the herbs mean summer cooking to me. Yum!
