Last Day of Cake Decorating Class Course II....what a great time!!!

Hi Everyone....

I was at my last class for Cake Decorating and Design today.....and it was so much fun. For my final test I baked a yummy vanilla cake and filled it with a pistachio cream and added lots of rum.....it turned out perfect and I love these flavors....will keep experimenting with flavors as I bake....but this is a keeper....I am longing for Spring so you can see where I got the inspiration for this cake.....to me it screams "Spring" !

I can hardly wait to sigh up for the Advanced classes and I look forward to baking my Dad a very special Birthday cake this week!!! His Birthday is Thursday so I want to surprise him with a super yummy and nicely decorated cake....wish me luck!!!!

Hope you're all having a super sweet start to the week!!!

Happy Monday and Happy Creating Everyone!!!
