My latest ink and watercolour.....the Paris Tweet!
Lately I have been working in the studio with several mediums...today I thought I would show you my latest cute bird....I call this the Paris Tweet two ways....I love this cute little birdy....I have him dark and light.....what do you think is better?
The darker one or the lighter piece....
I am submitting my "Paris Tweet" to MMM this week...the theme is open and I just can't stop creating these ink and watercolour pieces....
Happy Monday!!!

I absolutely LOVE both, just for their differences. Of course I am drawn to darker colors, so that would be a favorite if I was forced to pick.
ReplyDeleteThey each have different personalities.
These are wonderful.... :)

ReplyDeleteThey are just gorgeous!
Have a nice Sunday!
Diana, these are both so pretty!
ReplyDeleteThey are both adorable but I think I like the first one a tad more.
ReplyDeleteBoth are lovely, neither are "stitched up!", but I think I prefer the darker one. Beautiful work, Diana.
ReplyDeleteOh, it's really hard to pick, I love them both, Diana!
ReplyDeleteThese are so beautiful!! I love the way the ink really makes the lovely colors pop off the page - and the way you've incorporated your style here. They are both so impressive, xo
ReplyDeleteBoth are absolutley gorgeous
ReplyDeleteBoth looks great!!!
ReplyDeleteOh Diana! Hi, long time no anything fro me sorry.
ReplyDeleteThe bottom one for me has a lot more zing - the colours are fresh and clear.
Maybe a combination of the two - the darker background of the top behind the lighter bird on the bottom?
Who knows?
It's all a matter of taste eh? :)
cheers
first i thought i like the first one better, but the longer i look, the more i´m getting uncertain... i love both!!

I am a color junky and absolutely love both of these, but, of course, the personality of the brighter one ...oh, my, lovely!
ReplyDeleteI love him both ways! What a fabulous work!
ReplyDeleteWow, Diana - your birds are amazing. I would be hard pressed to choose between them - but if you twisted my arm, I'd probably choose the darker one.
