Happy Canada Day!!!

Today we are celebrating the anniversary of the July 1, 1867, enactment of the British North America Act (today called the Constitution Act, 1867), which united two British colonies and a province of the British Empire into a single country called Canada. Canada Day observances take place throughout Canada as well as internationally.

I feel so blessed and lucky to be Canadian and my home and native land is beautiful in every way....it is my home sweet home...and I wouldn't have it any other way....

    Oh boy! A day filled with poutine and Pizza Pizza!
    (Though, I do admit that Canada has the most beautiful and stirring national anthem. No mention of horrible images like "bombs bursting in air".)
