Illustration Friday - Cocoon



Whenever I see a Paisley print....I used to always think it looked like a cocoon ...so seeing the theme this week over at Illustration Friday made me think these were just perfect...

I also thank a wonderful client who gave me the idea to create these for my Stamp Shop...

  1. Ooooh! these are beautiful paisely patterns. I had blouses with paisely patterns when I was a teenager. it was the "In" thing.They went well with my bell bottom pants. These are lovely Diana!

  10. OOOooooo I LoVe Paisley! Oh back to my hippie days...I was an original back in the late 60's. I have a favorite green paisley burned into my memory I wish I could find in fabric now. Maybe I should get your stamp and make some! **kisskiss** Deb

  14. Gorgeous! You know, I went to a lecture on embroidery and textiles a few years back, and they reckoned that the paisley design was related to the yin-yang symbol, amongst other things.
