Hi Everyone....I am really enjoying painting ....I know it is still early in 2010...but I hope to keep up with it and grow as an artist and illustrator as a result of this fun project. Here is the second painting for 2010....She is a special Guardian Angel....her name is Faith and Hope and she is spreading love and the hope for change in 2010....I hope you enjoy her and I hope she makes you think about how lucky we truly are....I am also submitting Faith and Hope to MMM this week...the theme is "leftovers" and I have started this project with some leftover canvas supplies in my studio.....Happy Sunday!!!

So lovely and aptly named. Hearing you say that you hope to improve brings to mind a master violinist who was in his 80's and practiced for hours every day. Really nice..Hope and faith ..great inspiration for the new year...Im hoping to find some creative impulses soon..I think Im taking a break again...Its starts up as quick as it stops sometimes...now Ive learned to go with it..!! Happy new Year..!
