She is definitely glamorous AND elegant. Thanks for sharing, Angela
ReplyDeleteWow! What a glamour gal she is! Gorgeous work ~ what is the size of the wood canvas you're using? Absolutely lovely, Diana.
ReplyDeleteWOW! That is just beautiful! It is not easy to do, either! I bought a woodburner a few months ago and all my l little "doodles" looked like a kindergartener's drawings, LOL! You really made the lines flow beautifully! :)

I love the use of line in the composition - gives it a lot of energy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful girl!!
ReplyDeleteI had never heard of "pyrography" before and was bowled over by your stunning art piece. I have seen Australian aboriginal art where burning into wood is used to make patterns on stylised animals but nothing as sophisticated as this, of course. Wonderful work.
ReplyDeleteI'm much impressed with this work, Diana! Somewhere, in the depths of my stash of art/crafts tried and tucked away, is my woodburner. This makes me want to get it out and try it again!! She's elegant, and wonderfully done. Kudos to you.
ReplyDeleteSo intricated and beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLove all parts 1,2 & 3!
Wow, this is so gorgeous. Alot of detail. Looks hard to do. Truly Gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteDiana, she certainly does qualify as "glamorous." What a work of art. I can't imagine doing this sort of art with a wood burning tool. Beautiful. Hello to Minnie, a real glamour-girl.

Beautiful Diana!
ReplyDeleteI have bought a woodburner in Montreal, but I guess it will take a lot of practise before I can make something pretty.......
You are a crack at this!
Fabulous piece. Love it.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work!

ReplyDeleteThis is amazing! Stunned by this unique piece of work x
ReplyDeleteDiana, this is beautiful....my father does wood work, not pyrography, but some 3-D designs and intarsia. I really like the pointillated (?) on this this! Teri
