ReplyDeleteWeren't they the best???? I still remember my 5th birthday party. It was amazing! This is so cute and girly and perfect to give as card. I really like your ice cream candy colors. Very festive indeed!!!

ReplyDeleteI have some fun memories of childhood parties as well...One in particular where my father (who has a very dry but impish sense of humor) played a little joke on all of us. We were having a 'build your own belly ache party' with lots of ice cream and toppings to choose from and the kids got to dish themselves up whatever they wanted! After we were knee deep in our over-sized bowls and digging in with our spoons...my father shows up in the doorway and with a small smile asks...."oh...is that the ice cream that the mice got into?" and then leaves. It took my mom some fancy verbal dancing to convince us he was just teasing and that it was ok to keep eating...
