Hi Everyone...I just had to participate in this week's Monday Artday. It's been ages and I needed to do something just for fun...
This week's theme is "Beatrix Potter" and I am always amazed at the wonderful books I read as a child that my son is reading now...this is why I am passionate about Children's books...and illustrating and creating wonderful things that will be around for years to come....

ReplyDeleteOh, be still my children's librarian's heart. A tribute to Beatrix Potter that so captures her love for her animals and the wonderful way she used them in her books. I can't wait to watch the movie about her again. Did you see it? Did you love it? It made me want to read more about her.

When I was pregnant from Lars I made his room with Peter Rabbit. My mother sewed curtains and bedsheet etc. And Imade a lamp with Jeremy Fisher and painted just about anything with it. So it brings back wonderful memories to me.
